It may also be term used by the“action sports” crowd, but it is a frequently used pro word in Military and Law Enforcement communications. It is used in calling arty and air strikes, and I probably used it a thousand for reporting as a radio operator in a Recon unit. Police dispatchers used it all the time, too.
